About Me

My name is Kim Workman, and I am a family law attorney in Bellevue, Nebraska. I grew up in Bellevue, and today I’m proud to raise my own family here with my husband, our two children, and our two very large dogs. When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling, and watching murder documentaries. I’m not your typical lawyer—I don’t even golf. The closest I get is putt‑putt, and even then, it’s questionable.

I graduated from Creighton Law School in 2023, but my experience in family law goes back much further. Before law school, I spent more than ten years working as a Paralegal, primarily in family law. That background gives me a practical, grounded understanding of the field and the day‑to‑day realities clients face.

Family law matters are often emotional, stressful, and uncertain, and no one should have to navigate them alone. My focus is on providing clear guidance, steady support, and practical solutions so clients can move forward with confidence during one of the hardest chapters of their lives. I’m here to protect your interests, walk with you through each step of the process, and help you make informed decisions with clarity and confidence.
